Effective December 15, 2020, there will be no in-custody transports of defendants to any courthouse until December 28th as a result of the COVID positive cases in multiple facilities. The Orange County Sheriff’s Dept. will make every effort to effectuate WebEx appearances, but this may be difficult due to the shortage of staff, iPads, and WiFi connectivity in some of the jail locations. The Court is awaiting details from the Sheriff’s Dept. and will share information as it becomes available.
