Members of the State Bar and the public have an opportunity to submit written comments about issues before the Board of Governors which affect the practice of law in California. These issues may include proposals such as amendments to the Rules of Professional Conduct and ethics opinions. Comments may be directed to the address listed on each proposal.

Judicial Council of California Seeks Public Comment
The Judicial Council of California is the administrative policy-setting body for the state judicial system. The council regularly seeks comment from persons and organizations interested in proposed changes to the California Rules of Court, Standards of Judicial Administration, and Judicial Council forms.
