OCBA Member Bradley McGirr Re-Elected to Rancho Santa Margarita City Council

OCBA member Bradley J. McGirr, a shareholder at the Orange County office of La Follette, Johnson, DeHaas, Fesler & Ames, was re-elected to the Rancho Santa Margarita City Council.

In 2010, McGirr was appointed to the Planning Commission in his hometown of Rancho Santa Margarita and was subsequently elected to the City Council in 2012. After serving as Mayor Pro Tem in 2013, McGirr was elected Mayor of Rancho Santa Margarita in December of 2014.

McGirr has been associated with La Follette, Johnson since 1990. He has been responsible for all aspects of civil, trial and appellate practice and has tried or arbitrated numerous cases over the years. He actively litigates cases involving allegations of medical malpractice, professional liability, general liability, product liability, and construction defects.

McGirr holds the highest rating through Martindale-Hubbell - AV.

He received his B.A. from California State University, Fullerton in 1982, and he earned his J.D. from Western State University College of Law in 1985 with Scholastic Merit.
