Littler Elevates OCBA Members Nolan McCready and Miko Sargizian to Shareholder

Littler recently announced the elevation of two OCBA Members to shareholders.

Nolan McCready defends employers in state and federal courts, private arbitration, and administrative hearings in a wide range of employment matters. His experience includes complex wage and hour class and representative actions, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims, ERISA class actions, COBRA litigation, and proceedings before agencies such as the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement and the EEOC. McCready also advises in-house counsel and HR teams on compliance and risk management across all aspects of employment law. McCready earned his J.D. from Chapman University and his B.A. from Pennsylvania State University.

 

 

 

Miko Sargizian is a trusted advocate for employers in complex labor and employment matters, with a proven record of success in state and federal courts. She brings extensive trial experience, including jury trials across jurisdictions, and is known for her strategic, courtroom-ready approach to high-stakes disputes. Sargizian regularly defends employers, including Fortune 500 companies, against claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment and retaliation, and has particular proficiency in sensitive cases involving sexual harassment and workplace assault. Sargizian also handles wage and hour class actions and PAGA representative actions. In addition to litigation, she provides proactive counsel on compliance, investigations and workplace best practices. Sargizian earned her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law and her B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.
