OCBA Member Tony Carucci Selected to Join the Constitutional Rights Foundation Board of Directors

OCBA Member Tony Carucci has been selected to join the Board of Directors for The Constitutional Rights Foundation of Orange County.

The Constitutional Rights Foundation of Orange County is a local non-profit, non-partisan education organization dedicated to empowering Orange County youth to be active, responsible citizens through participation in high-quality, interactive civic and law-related education programs that connect students directly with professionals and community leaders. Their programs have been making a positive difference in the lives of Orange County teens for 37 years. As a member of the Board of Directors, Carucci will work with other board members to support the mission and programs of the CRF-OC.

Carucci has a multi-faceted general and complex commercial litigation practice. He has experience as a litigator in a broad array of business disputes, including consumer class action defense, partnership disputes, real estate, construction, banking, franchise, intellectual property, trade secret, and employment disputes, as well as collections litigation and judgement enforcement against domestic individuals and business entities. Carucci also advises U.S. and foreign-based gaming companies in complying with U.S. gaming laws and regulations.

Carucci received his J.D. from Notre Dame Law School and his B.A. in International Relations and Philosophy from Tufts University. He has been involved with CRF-OC since 2017 as a member of the Mock Trial Committee and as a member and former Chair of the Associate Board of Directors. He has also been an active member of the Orange County United Way since 2016, serving on the organization’s Emerging Leaders United Council until 2020. Carucci is a part of the American Bar Association and was selected by Best Lawyers in 2021 as One to Watch, Commercial Litigation.
