Loren Coe Elevated to Member at Severson & Werson

Congratulations to Loren Coe on being elevated to Member of Severson & Werson.

Loren’s expertise lies in his ability to formulate creative solutions to complicated problems. Loren is a member of the Financial Services practice group and focuses on representing financial institutions in all aspects of litigation, including trial. He specializes in defending complex individual consumer and class action claims relating to the Mortgage Banking industry, including claims involving traditional real property disputes, wrongful foreclosure, violation of the UCL, fraud and other tort claims. Coe also regularly represents banks and auto finance companies against claims involving the Electronic Fund Transfer Act, Uniform Commercial Code, Fair Debt Collections Practices Act, and other consumer protection statutes.

Loren joined the firm in 2013. He received his J.D. from University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2010, and earned his B.A. from the University of California, Riverside in 2007.
