Weiland Golden LLP Expands with OCBA Member David Goodrich

OCBA member David Goodrich join members Michael Weiland and Jeffrey Golden of Weiland Golden LLP to expand the insolvency boutique that is now named Weiland Golden Goodrich LLP.

Goodrich has extensive experience representing bankruptcy trustees, distressed businesses, secured and unsecured creditors, official committees, and commercial litigants throughout California in matters involving bankruptcy law, finance and lender law, real estate law and business litigation. Prior to joining Weiland Golden Goodrich LLP, Goodrich was with the Los Angeles firm of SulmeyerKupetz.

Goodrich is a member of the Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Panel of Trustees, appointed by the Office of the United States Trustee, serving in the Los Angeles Division of the Central District of California since 2011, and is certified as a bankruptcy law specialist by the State Bar of California (2010). Goodrich serves as a commissioner on the Bankruptcy Law Advisory Commission which prepares, administers and grades examinations for lawyers seeking certification as bankruptcy law specialists from the State Bar of California.

Goodrich also serves on the board of directors for the Orange County Bankruptcy Forum (President 2016-2017) and is a member of the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees, the OCBA, and the Los Angeles Bar Association.

Goodrich received his J.D. from Whittier Law School in 2000, and he earned his B.A. in political science from the University of Arizona in 1997.
