OCBA Member Eva Weiler Named Managing Partner at Shook, Hardy & Bacon

The OCBA is pleased to share that Shook, Hardy & Bacon named OCBA member Eva Weiler as the firm's newest Managing Partner for its Orange County office. Prior to this new role, Weiler served as Administrative Partner, and succeeds Doug Robinson as Managing Partner.

“Phil, Amir and Eva are each exceptionally strong leaders within their practice areas, and have earned the trust of our clients and lawyers throughout the firm,” said Madeleine McDonough, elected last year as Shook’s new chairperson. “We are fortunate to have them lead our efforts in these cities, as we continue to grow in these communities and partner with our clients there and nationally to solve their complex legal challenges.”

Weiler's practice focuses on defending corporations in science-driven mass tort litigation, class actions and coordinated proceedings. She earned her B.A., cum laude, from Westmont College and her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School.
