OCBA Member Darrell White Appointed ABA Litigation Section Liaison

The American Bar Association has appointed OCBA member Darrell White, Weintraub Tobin, to serve as Litigation Section Liaison to the Commission on Hispanic Legal Rights and Responsibilities. As one of the largest voluntary professional organizations with nearly 400,000 members, the ABA created the commission in 2010 to address the challenges and responsibilities facing Hispanics in and within the legal system of the United States.

As the liaison, White will recommend ways to support the commission, such as improving educational programs or advancing access-to-justice initiatives. White specializes in commercial litigation as an associate at Weintraub Tobin, and has represented industries from real estate to finance. White is also an active Board Member of the Orange County Hispanic Bar Association where he currently serves as CFO.
