Greenberg Traurig Announces Elevations of OCBA Members

Greenberg Traurig recently announced the elevation of OCBA members Craig C. Glorioso and Irene Pyun Kim to shareholder and of counsel, respectively, in the firm's Orange County office.

Glorioso focuses his practice on real estate, financing, and business transactions. His experience includes representing individuals, corporations, real estate funds, and real estate investment trusts (REITs) in all aspects of the purchase, sale, financing, and maintenance of residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and industrial portfolios. Craig also advises clients in connection with originations, purchase, participations, workouts, and restructurings of senior and subordinate mortgage and mezzanine debt. Glorioso received his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and his B.A. from Ohio University.

Kim focuses her practice on working with real estate investment trusts (REITs), real estate funds and their advisors, and banks in connection with the purchase, sale, and financing of commercial properties, as well as the origination, acquisition, structuring, and restructuring of mortgage loans, mezzanine loans, and other subordinate debt financings. Kim’s practice also includes representation of institutional lenders and borrowers in resolving troubled real estate loans and the purchase and sale of distressed and non-performing loans. She received her J.D. from the University of Southern California Law School and her B.A. from the University of California at San Diego.
