OCBA Presented Ethical Issues Seminar at Chapman University Fowler School of Law

The OCBA presented a sold-out ethical issues seminar on September 19 at Chapman University Fowler School of Law. The seminar program tackled “Ethical Issues: A Historical Perspective from The Bench” by discussing the impactful case of Korematsu v. United States: A Decision That Will Live in Infamy, Legal Ethics in Nazi Germany and the Nuremberg Trials, and The Legacy of Nuremberg in the International Criminal Courts.

Seminar attendees heard from speakers Honorable Richard D. Fybel (Associate Justice, 4th District Court of Appeal, Division 3), Honorable Kirk H. Nakamura (Presiding Judge, Superior Court of California, Orange County), and Honorable Joanne Motoike (Superior Court of California, Orange County).
