Memorial Services for retired Judge Betty Lou Lamoreaux will be held Wednesday, December 12 at McCormick & Son Mortuaries in Laguna Hills. Judge Lamoreaux was instrumental in the building of the courthouse in Orange, California, which bears her name Betty Lou Lamoreaux Juvenile Justice Center.
