Presiding Judge Erick Larsh urges Bar and Litigants to use remote appearance opportunities as COVID-19 incidents increase.

This Order establishes the procedure for conducting proceedings in traffic cases. Notwithstanding any other law, Penal Code§ 1428.S(a) provides the Com1 authority to conduct remote proceedings, including arraignments and trials, for all infractions. 

Effective immediately all civil and criminal jury trials shall be suspended for a period of three weeks.
