Orange County Superior Court announced today the 4th amended Administrative Order No. 20/16. This Order is effective August 2, 2021.
Orange County Superior Court announced today an amendment extending the expiration of the original Order that commenced on JULY 14, 2021. This Order will remain in effect through August 4, 2021, or until amended or repealed.
The online election will open for voting on Wednesday, Sept. 1, 2021, and close at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 21, 2021. Only active attorney members will be eligible to vote (no law students, retired, or honorary members).
Effective July 26, 2021, all persons entering the Central Justice Center, regardless of vaccination status, must wear a face mask at all times in the public areas of the Central Justice Center, including courtrooms.

The Orange County Superior Court implemented an online check-in pilot program starting June 7, 2021 to facilitate the use of Zoom for hearings, including law and motion calendars, at zero cost to the public. Courtrooms participating in this program will be using Zoom in lieu of CourtCall for remote hearings.
