Orange County Hispanic Bar Association's Wally Davis Scholarship Fund will award a maximum of one – three (1-3) scholarships and up to $15,000.00 will be distributed among the scholarship winners.

Orange County Hispanic Bar Association's 2022 Bar Stipend will grant a maximum of one – two (1-2) stipend awards. A maximum of $1,500.00 will be distributed among the scholarship winners.

Pursuant to California Rules of Court, rule 10.613, the Court invites you to comment on the following proposed changes to the local rules. If approved, the proposed changes will be effective January 1, 2022.
