The OCBA Mentoring Program is available to all OCBA Attorney Members, and provides lawyers with a helpful, independent resource to assist in their career development.

This Order supersedes Administrative Order No. 20/17 issued on May 26, 2020. This Order is effective immediately and will remain in effect until 90 days after the Governor declares that the State of Emergency related to the COVID-19 pandemic is lifted, or until amended or repealed.

FACE COVERINGS NO LONGER REQUIRED IN COURT

While the Court is aware of Governor Newsom’s and the California Department of Public Health’s recent announcement that the universal indoor masking requirement would end on February 15^th,  the Court will continue with mandatory masking, irrespective of vaccination status, pursuant to Administrative Order 20-16.
