Governor Gavin Newsom announced the appointment of Superior Court judge in Orange County.

This order is effective May 17, 2022, and will remain in effect through December 31, 2022, or
until amended or repealed.

As a public service to assist the voters in Orange County, the Orange County Bar Association (“OCBA”) has conducted a review and evaluation of the 24 candidates running for Superior Court Judge in the June 7 election. 

Governor Gavin Newsom today announced his nomination of Judge Joanne Motoike to serve as an Associate Justice of the Fourth District Court of Appeal, Division Three. The Governor also announced his appointment of one Superior Court Judge in Orange County.

Orange County Superior Court’s Judicial Mentor Program is hosting a virtual workshop at 12:15 PM, on May 18, 2022, via ZOOM.
