Court Expands Electronic Evidence Submission Pilot Program in Civil Unlimited
Santa Ana, CA – Orange County Superior Court will expand the use of the Electronic Evidence Portal for submission and presentation of evidence in selected Civil Unlimited courtrooms for court and jury trials.
Beginning July 1, 2026, the Civil Unlimited courtrooms listed below may require counsel to upload exhibits to the Portal in lieu of submitting multiple trial exhibit notebooks as currently required.

C16 - Judge Carmen Luege
C24 - Judge Lindsey E. Martinez
C25 - Judge Gassia Apkarian
C27 - Judge Bradley Erdosi

This expansion is part of the Court’s ongoing efforts to make its services more efficient and cost-effective for the public by facilitating the parties’ exchange and submission of evidence and its presentation during court and jury trials.
