Law Stein Anderson, LLP recently elevated OCBA Member Charlotte A. Flanigan to Senior Associate.
Charlotte A. Flanigan advises individuals, families, and fiduciaries on matters ranging from estate planning to contested proceedings, drawing on more than 15 years of experience. She is known for her meticulous preparation and her skill in anticipating challenges to achieve favorable outcomes, whether structuring a plan to preserve family harmony or advocating in court. “Charlotte is the kind of attorney you want on your side,” said partner Matthew G. Stein. “She handles trust administration, estate planning, and probate matters with integrity, a strong work ethic, and real care for her clients and the team. She lives our core values: loyalty, professionalism, balance, and honesty, and this promotion is well-deserved.”
“Building lasting, meaningful relationships with clients is at the heart of my approach to estate planning,” said Charlotte A. Flanigan. “Becoming a Senior Associate is an exciting next step in what has already been a deeply rewarding journey. I have the privilege of guiding clients through important legal and financial decisions that shape their families’ futures while advocating fiercely on their behalf. I’m incredibly grateful to do this work alongside such a talented and supportive team.”
Charlotte earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of La Verne College of Law and her B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She focuses her practice on advising clients on estate and income tax planning, trust administration, and probate matters. She is an active member of the Orange County Bar Association and resides in South Orange County with her husband and two young sons.
