Court Announces Expansion of the Conservatorship Accountability Portal (CAP) Access to Attorneys in Probate

Santa Ana, CA — The Orange County Superior Court is expanding the Conservatorship Accountability Portal (CAP) for use by attorneys. The Court is excited to announce this major step forward in improving efficiency for all parties involved in conservatorship matters. The Portal is currently available exclusively to self-represented litigants.

The portal and videos on how to begin using CAP can be accessed at https://capportal.occourts.org/.

The Conservatorship Accountability Portal is a secure, online tool designed to help fiduciaries prepare and submit required accounting information in conservatorship cases. By streamlining the process, CAP has already improved access to justice for self-represented individuals, reducing paperwork errors and allowing for more timely filings.
