OCBA Member Heidi M. Plummer Named as One of this Year's Veteran Advocates by the Veterans Legal Institute

The Veterans Legal Institute named OCBA member Heidi M. Plummer as one of their Veteran Advocates of the Year.

The award ceremony will take place during the Lawyers for Warriors event on Friday, November 15^th.
