OCBA Mourns the Passing of James W. Obrien

The OCBA mourns the passing of James W. Obrien. James Obrien served as the OCBA president in 1973 and was awarded the Franklin G. West Award in 1991. The Franklin G. West Award is the OCBA's highest honor, presented to outstanding attorneys and judges whose lifetime achievements have advanced justice and the law.
