OCBA Member Colleen McCarthy Opens Kennedy McCarthy Law, APC

OCBA Member Colleen McCarthy recently opened Kennedy McCarthy Law, APC, an employment law firm with a unique focus on representing employers in litigation and claim prevention. Ms. McCarthy has spent the last 20+ years representing small to mid-size businesses and uses her defense experience to advise business owners and HR professionals on navigating California’s complex labor laws in an effort to reduce the risk of employment-related claims.

Ms. McCarthy received her J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Southern California.
