TMBA Awards Inaugural Bar Scholarship to Member Lance Cotton

The Thurgood Marshall Bar Association, an affiliate bar of the OCBA, announced that member Lance Cotton was selected as the inaugural TMBA Bar Scholarship recipient. Cotton is currently a law student at Chapman University Fowler School of Law.
