OCBA Past President Dean Zipser Honored by City of Newport Beach

The OCBA is pleased to shared that OCBA Past President and this year's Franklin G. West Award Honoree Dean Zipser received a Certificate of Recognition from the City of Newport Beach in honor of his service to the Orange County community. Co-founder of Umberg/Zipser LLP, Zipser was presented with the certificate on Feb. 14, 2017, by City Council Member William O’Neill.

“Everyone at Umberg Zipser is very proud of Dean,” said co-founding partner Thomas Umberg. “The award is well-deserved and a wonderful recognition of Dean’s lifelong service to the profession, the Bar, and the community.”
