OCBA Past President Richard Millar, Jr. Joins Friedman Stroffe & Gerard

The OCBA is pleased to announce that OCBA Past President and Orange County Lawyer columnist Richard W. Millar, Jr. has joined Friedman Stroffe & Gerard as the firm's Of Counsel. Millar will add his years of experience to its Litigation and Real Estate & Construction groups. Millar earned his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law.
