Orange County Bar Association Honors Attorney Julie McCoy with Franklin G. West Award

Last night, the Orange County Bar Association will present attorney Julie M. McCoy with the Franklin G. West Award at its 2018 Judges’ Night & Annual Meeting at the Irvine Marriott in Irvine, Calif. First established in 1971 in honor of the late Judge Franklin G. West, the Franklin G. West Award represents the highest honor awarded by the OCBA.
