Commissioner Rich Vogl Recognized by Legal Aid Association of California

OCBA member Commissioner Richard Vogl (Ret.) has been awarded the 2016 Family Law Award from the Legal Aid Association of California. This award annually recognizes family law advocates in their committment and dedication to serving low-income Californians in various categories.
