2027 OCBA Section Leadership Elections

This fall, all OCBA sections will conduct online elections for the open leadership position of Secretary/Treasurer.

Section leadership is of vital importance, given the significance of Sections in continuing education and business networking in particular areas of the law, which is a core focus of our bar. This fall, all OCBA sections will conduct online elections for the open leadership position of Secretary/Treasurer. (Per the OCBA bylaws, the 2026 Section Chair-Elect and Secretary/Treasurer will automatically move up to 2027 Chair and Chair-Elect, respectively.) The elections will be conducted on a staggered schedule from October through December, and the section leaders will take office in January 2027 for a one-year term. All active attorneys who are members of a Section as of October 1, 2026, will be able to nominate and vote for their respective leaders, and are also eligible to serve in a leadership position within that Section.
