OCBA Board Member M.C. Sungaila Honored By City of Newport Beach

The OCBA is pleased to share that OCBA Board Member M.C. Sungaila, a Partner at Haynes and Boone, received a certificate of recognition from her hometown of Newport Beach, in light of her professional achievement and humanitarian work. City Councilman and OCBA member Will O'Neill presented the certificate.

Earlier this year, Sungaila was awarded the Ellis Island Medal of Honor, whose recipients include seven U.S. Presidents, Nobel Prize winners, athletes, leaders of industry, artists, and others whose work has made a lasting impact on humanity, for her combined professional achievements and humanitarian and pro bono work.
