Litigator's Evaluation of Prospective Will/Trust Contests - Tips and Tricks to Avoid Contested Estate Plans  
 
This program will deliver a probate and trust litigator's perspective on ways estate planners can reduce the chances of contested estate plans while increasing the chances their plans will remain intact if litigated. Topics will include implementation of best practice resulting from recent developments in case law, reasons and ways to properly document client meetings, tips to avoid indicia of undue influence and ways to shut the door on lack of capacity claims.  

This program is approved for 1.00 CLE Credit. This program Offers 1.0 California Legal Specialization Credit for Estate, Trusts & Probate Law Specialists. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.
