New Rules of Professional Conduct: Impact on Your Practice
New rules of Professional Conduct - The First Comprehensive Overhaul Since 1989 California’s prior 46 ethics rules have been substantially expanded and revised, which impacts your responsibility with respect to diligence, fees, conflicts of interest, client screening and relationships, and more. These rules are intended to better maintain the integrity of the profession and protect the public, which means that you must understand these changes in order to protect your practice and your clients. Join three members of the OCBA Professionalism and Ethics Committee who will discuss the new rules and how they apply to your trusts and estate practice.
Cancellations must be received in writing via fax or email three (3) business days prior to meeting date to receive a refund.
