Is DEI in the Workplace Going to D-I-E?
Employment attorneys and their clients alike are increasingly asking about workplace “DEI” (diversity, equity, and inclusion) efforts and what the future holds. From the employer side, for example, are clients contracting, expanding, replacing, or eliminating their DEI programs? What risks might there be in doing so, and how can companies protect themselves? For those representing employees, what about clients who were shortchanged in favor of a DEI objective? What concerns might there be about framing FEHA claims for the jury while the company hides behind its DEI policy? Join us as we explore these and other workplace DEI questions from both sides of the bar to best serve our clients.
Limited in-person space available.
