Chase Scolnick and Greg Sergi will discuss winning trial strategies from one of the largest jury verdicts in a false advertising case. The presentation will take you into the trenches of a high stakes civil trial. The panel will demonstrate, with actual exhibits and testimony from trial, how to present a compelling narrative, how to simplify complex scientific issues, and the importance of maintaining credibility through trial.
