How to Maintain and Keep a Tax Exemption for a Non-Profit Entity
Attendees will learn the basics of maintaining tax-exempt status of a charitable nonprofit under IRC 501(c)(3) as a representative: changes in activity and support, disclosure and substantiation, avoiding incurring federal excise taxes, avoiding loss of California tax-exempt status and other California compliance matters.
Cancellations must be received in writing via fax or email three (3) business days prior to meeting date to receive a refund.
