You are invited to attend an informative and enriching presentation about First Party Special Needs Planning and the benefits and services which should be considered for individuals with disabilities, in order to promote their quality of life and overall well-being. Participants will be able to leave the presentation with the understanding as to when a First Party Special Needs Trust is necessary and how such a Trust will protect needs-based benefits eligibility. Participants will also learn about the supportive services available through Able ARTS Work, which are designed to empower individuals with special needs, through creative arts, by providing them with accessible and alternative ways to engage in art-based activities. Beneficial information on the various programs and resources available through the Regional Center will also be discussed including an overview of the services provided by the organization and eligibility requirements for individuals, from infants and through adulthood.
