The Nuts and Bolts of Drafting a Job Description
Drafting effective job descriptions for immigrant visa petitions is the focus of this panel. Employers seeking immigration benefits for their employees are required to supply the government with a job description that accurately and adequately describes the job, is not unduly restrictive or generic, and meets the criteria for immigration benefits sought. The speakers will discuss government and industry publications used in this process; the bounds of restrictive requirements--i.e, educational, language and licensure as well as help practitioners manage client expectations during the life cycle of a case
Cancellations must be received in writing via fax or email three (3) business days prior to meeting date to receive a refund.
