This program will discuss risks of using tracking technologies and artificial intelligence in healthcare operations and marketing, and provide an overview of recent Meta pixel healthcare litigation, HHS-OCR guidance on online tracking technologies, and other developments in case law. In addition, this CLE will provide updates on existing and draft legislation in California and abroad concerning the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning tools for healthcare triage and decision making. Learn more about how third parties use healthcare data, and arm yourself with tips on how to protect health information in your care.
