This program will cover the IRS Audit Process and strategic and legal tips for working within the audit process. Our speaker will cover audit statistics and how to prepare for the IRS audit meetings to prevail on the taxpayer's position. The speaker will also cover the procedures for appeal in tax court or in U.S. District Court. This program is a must for those attorneys advising business and real estate clients as well as those representing banks who have questions about the process and how it impacts their customers.
