When is a good time to suggest your client meet with an investment banker or business broker? Which one is better for a particular client? What do they do and how do they get paid? What due diligence should you, as the attorney, be doing on a potential investment banker or business broker? What does each do to get maximum value, and what is their role during the sale process?
