Substantial Medical Evidence for Trial- A View From The Bench
The seminar will explain the need for parties to
present "substantial medical evidence" at trial, explain
how to identify reporting that does / does not meet
the "substantiality" threshold, and teach methods to
obtain substantive medical reporting. Attendees will
be given insights into what information the trial judge
is looking for in medical reports, including information
addressing injury, impairment and apportionment.
This seminar will help attendees be ready for trial.
This program is approved for 1.00 CLE Credit. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.
