Planning to Avoid Property Tax Problems

California real property owners enjoy preferential property tax treatment by virtue of Proposition 13. However, many well-established legal strategies may inadvertently trigger property tax reassessments. From real estate acquisitions to estate planning, from buying and selling businesses to corporate reorganizations - this program will address common mistakes and ways to reassessment-proof legal planning.

This program is approved for 1.0 CLE Credit. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.

Cancellations must be received in writing via fax or email three (3) business days prior to meeting date to receive a refund.
