Inside the Brief - What Your Mediator Needs to See and Understanding Your Client's Bottom Line
Probate and trust litigation matters are usually fraught with uncertainty and emotion because of the family dynamics involved. That can make mediation even more challenging, of course. This program is designed to help make mediation more effective for both the parties and the attorneys by discussing strategies for approaching mediation, what goes into the mediation brief, how the mediator and the lawyers approach the process, and giving you behind-the-scenes insight into what the mediator needs to try to reach the parties and to bring them along toward resolution.
This program is approved for 1.00 CLE Credit. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.
Cancellations must be received in writing via fax or email three (3) business days prior to meeting date to receive a refund.
