Representing Clients with Diminished Capacity
Representing clients with diminished capacity poses several practical and ethical challenges. In this presentation, we will explore and address topics such as what capacity is, how to assess a client's capacity, and differences when working with a client who has diminished capacity. Attendees will learn why California's unique rules require heightened proficiency in dealing with matters of client competence.
This program is approved for 1.00 Legal Credits CLE Credit. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.
Cancellations must be received in writing via fax or email three (3) business days prior to meeting date to receive a refund.
