CALIFORNIA’S NEW ETHNIC STUDIES REQUIREMENT: WHAT IS IT AND WHY IS IT NECESSARY?
This webinar will discuss California's new ethnic studies requirement for K-12 as well as its intersection with Critical Race Theory. In particular, outlining and addressing the truth and myths about what critical race theory is and what it is not. Lastly, the panel shows how this may impact attorneys practicing in education law.
