Issues that Arise as the Result of Environmental Impairments at Properties & Solutions to Those Issues
 
This meeting will provide an overview of environmental impairments and how they commonly arise, along with an explanation of Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Reports under ASTM, including definitions of Recognized Environmental Conditions and Controlled Recognized Environmental Conditions, and their impact on real estate transactions. The program will also feature examples of how environmental impairments and related issues have affected real estate transactions and property value. Join our panelists as they discuss environmental issues that arise in planning and land use, along with practical approaches to addressing those challenges.  

This program is approved for 1.0 CLE Credit. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.
