Real Estate Fraud Prosecution
Types of real estate fraud currently being prosecuted by OCDA, and common schemes we are seeing, including loan modification fraud, identity theft related to property sale or mortgage, embezzlement by real estate professionals, and strategies to avoid falling prey to real estate fraud.
