OCBAR Insights: Navigating Your Way Through Your HOA
Participants will receive an introduction to the roles, duties, and obligations of homeowners and homeowners associations in planned communities. The seminar will cover the governing documents and authorities that define the rights and powers of both homeowners and homeowners associations, as well as the procedures for addressing disputes. The program will provide industry insights and highlight new legislative trends affecting the functions and operations of homeowners associations, and will also explore avenues and strategies for resolving disputes.
This program is approved for 1.5 CLE Credit. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.
