OCBAR Insights: Promises and Pitfalls with Return to Office Directives
After years of allowing remote and/or hybrid work, employers are increasingly mandating that every employee returns to the office full time. Amazon and JPMorgan Chase have perhaps the highest profile in taking this position. But they are not unique. Small employers, including law firms, are adopting this approach as well. Every employer pursuing this path of returning employees to the office full time faces promise—and potential peril.
This seminar addresses laws related to return to office directives and what to watch out for when considering/implementing them. It is for all attorneys, especially those who are employers themselves or who have corporate clients.
This program is approved for 1.0 CLE Credit. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.
Cancellations must be received in writing via fax or email by Friday, May 9, 2025 to receive a refund.
