Insurance - From Finding Coverage to Bad Faith
This seminar provides a practical guide to analyzing insurance coverage and enforcing the rights and remedies of insureds. Topics include how to evaluate policy provisions such as additional insureds, insuring agreements, endorsements, and key terms and conditions, as well as claims-made versus occurrence policies. The program also covers effective tender strategies, reservations of rights, CCP 999 demands, bad faith, and assignment of rights, with discussion of relevant case law impacting coverage and discovery.
This program is approved for 1.5 CLE Credit. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.
